Rental Terms & Conditions

1: Rentals is not responsible for any losses or damage resulting from the use of the equipment by the client

2: All quotations are subject to goods being available at the time of signature; Should equipment not be available, the closest match will be supplied;  Should clients seek specific specifications, the client should notify Khushi Network Solution Rentals in writing

3: The user shall be liable for any excess payments with regards to all  or any part failure, being 50% of the total of the replacement value of such goods, with a minimum of Rs. 1,000

4: The information required may include, but is not limited to:

◦Certified Copy of ID                  ◦Relevant Contact Persons

5: The Rented equipment if lost or damaged within the clients premises then the client is responsible for same and needs to pay in full as per the configuration of the PC. No insurance companies insure rental equipments as the equipments keep moving from one place to another.

6: The client is not authorized to open the equipment and do any maintenance work under any condition. For any problem occurred, the client is requested to call on 0832-6452804 and log a call. The engineer will be scheduled to visit the premises to carry out the work within the shortest span of time.

7: For Printers, no consumables are covered under rental charges. Toner Cartridge or ink cartridge is at additional cost. Printing papers need to be purchased by the client. Khushi Network Solution is nowhere responsible for empty cartridges, but can always assist you in getting the cartridges refilled and replaced within a short span of time may be onsite or offsite.
